Re-Roofing:
Our customers are often quite surprised to find out how cost-effective and reasonably priced it is to re-roof their home. Generally we tear off all old roofing shingles or shake, along with all staples and nails and start over fresh and build an entirely new roof. However in many situations it may be possible to overlay another layer of shingles over your existing roof which is an acceptable form of roof installation according to our roofing manufacturers and offers considerable savings as well. Not every roof is eligible for a roof overlay so please schedule a roof inspection so we can give you options as to what is the best solution for you.
Roof Maintenance:
We offer a complete maintenance program for roofs. Moss, fungus, mold, and algae cause terrible effects to all types of roof material. Especially in the Pacific Northwest moss can deteriorate roofs and significantly reduce the life of a roof. We offer regular roof treatment which kills the growth of moss, mildew, fungus, and algae, and prevents the growth of such in the future.
Roof Repairs:
Perhaps you are not in the market for a complete re-roof and you need to fix a leak in your current roof. We are your guys! Just call us and we'll come by and gives you a reasonable price to repair your existing roof. We also offer 24 hour emergency roof repairs as well so call us 24 hours a day and we'll take care of you.

We had Washington State Roofing recently re-roof our home and we had a terrific experience. We enjoyed the enthusiasm and thorough presentation from their in-home representative and THEY DIDN'T PRESSURE US like several other companies that we had give us bids. They had a great roof at a reasonable price and so we chose them. Their crew arrived and removed our old roof and replaced it with a great new roof. It looks wonderful and their cleanup was impecable. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY.

I had a great experience with Washington State Roofing. I was perusing the internet and found this company on yellowpages.com then called them to receive a free estimate. The estimate was thorough and reasonably priced and the operations manager Jesse Johnson was very polite and explained the entire process very well. The crews were on time and the new roof looks tremendous. I highly reccomend them.

I called several roofing companies to give me a bid on my Seattle home and these guys were hands down the best. Our account representative came the day after we called them. He brought samples of roofing and underlayment with him and explained thenentire process to us. From there we met the crew who did a phenominal job on our roof. The clean up was great and we even got a call from the owner the day after our roof was done to make sure we were satisfied. We are totally satisfied. Thanks Washington State Roofing!~
