I ordered a beautiful arrangement depicted on the site for our Anniversary. The next day my Wife recieved an arrangement, or should I say flowers thrown in a vase. What was sent looked nothing like the "arrangement" I ordered from the web site. Despite numerous phone calls and emails (most going unanswered) with this company and their reps the only thing I have recieved to date is LIP SERVICE and no monetary resolution. Next time I will walk into a local florist, choose the arrangement, and pay for it when I pick it up. I learned my lesson but I still can't get back our Anniversary Day. A 100% written satisfaction guarantee offered by a company should mean something. In addition, after emailing pictures to Cascade Florists manager I have an email response (the only one) from Cascade's manager stating "I am in agreement with you on this arrangement. This is unacceptable". But to date I have only recieved lip service and broken promises from this company. They have given me no further response as promised OR no monetary resolution.

This morning we found out that the mother of one of our best clients had passed a few days ago and the visitation was tonight. My boss wanted a beautiful wreath sent in respect for the client. We had few details and did not even have the name of the mother. We did not want to disturb the gentleman and were clueless as to how to get the delivery done. My mom had used Cascade last month and was very happy with the effort the employees had made to help her get a delivery to a rural home in Maine. I called them about 10am and the designer helped me decide on exactly what we wanted and then she contacted the owner who tracked down all the information in time to get the wreath delivered just before the visitation started - even though it was on the east coast. My boss was really pleased I had been able to pull this one off. My thanks to Rebecca, Vickie & Rose. They were absolutely great.

I often read reviews whenever I am placing an order even if I have used the company before. Today, I saw this review as I was placing my order with the owner. She had seen the review and was still pretty upset as she felt her husband had really tried to be nice but resonable. When she mentioned how only the failed customer service reviews get written, we began to talk about how even with the best quality controls things can go wrong. It happend with me last March. I order a big bouquet of 40 mixed colored tulips - pretty straightforward. When they came they looked great. Later that day, my daughter was playing with the tulip heads and told me to look at how one of them was 'leaking'. When I looked at it, it seemed ok, then I open it and it was bad in the middle. The tulips were beautiful and obviously fresh but the few unusual purple stripped ones seemed to be rotten inside on the stamen bottoms. There was no way to have know this was happening unless one squeezed the flower as they hadn't yet opened. I called Cascade just to tell them that there was a problem they might not know about. I didn't need them replaced but Rose insisted and on the next day delivered a bouquet of new tulips at double the count of the problem ones. As we talked I realized how many nice arrangements I'd gotten from the and how good the service always was. So I told Rose I would write a review about how things went with me. I didn't do 5 stars because those tulips were not perfect. However I don't think any designers could have seen the problem until the blooms opened. So consider that maybe some reviewers are just angry people. I don't know what happened, but I do recommend Cascade to all my friends and I hope you'll try them too. Victoria

We have an annual summer luau. Cascade always does our party flowers. This year they did a tropical bird theme that knocked our socks off. Of course they did a great job with birds of paradise and parakeets but then they also used ginger, lelconia, bee's comb, leaves, grasses and even real fruit in the most stunning way. Our friends still are talking about these decorations so I just had to pass the compliments on
