Ken Wright has pursued automotive technology since childhood, spending most of his free time working on engines. As a Seattle area Eagle Scout he built both a car and motorcycle before completing high school. Ken financed his college education repairing cars, while studying chemistry, electronics and automotive technology. While in college he participated in inter-collegiate competition for the development of pilot clean-air engine emissions. Earning degrees in automotive technology and teaching, Ken began teaching automotive at a local high school. Today Ken remains on staff at Renton Technical College. ASE Certified Double Master, Ken is also a State Certified Emissions Instructor.
